DESIGN
Here at Yorkwood we provide a full design service for your dream bathroom. This can include 2D scaled drawings and 3D rendered images to allow you to make informed buying decisions and for us to demonstrate what you might expect at the end of your installation.
BATHROOM
Traditionally a bath, basin and toilet pan. Options nowadays are many and varied, including great options for flooring and walls, baths can be panelled or free-standing, basins and pans in furniture or wall hung virtually suspended.
CLOAKROOM
Downstairs toilets are very much sort after, we have experience of refitting them and designing them into spaces that do not have them!! It does mean knowledge and experience of changing sewage ……….. we can look at what is possible and advise.
ENSUITE
The ‘must have’ to any master bedroom space. Whether its upgrading something that’s maybe a bit dated or tired or its designing one into an existing space, if the space and drainage routes are there we can investigate and advise.
SHOWER ROOM
A modern and usually ground floor utility space designed into a lot of modern homes, differs from a wet room in so much as there is usually a ‘dry’ area in the space, can be a simple as a single shower enclosure or as complicated as a full suite including WC Pan, Bidet and Basin.
WET ROOM
It is what it says on the tin …….. a wet room…….. once again, usually a ground floor utility space that is fully tiled or panelled and has wet room formers fitted with specialist drainage. The space is completely waterproofed and sealed. We have completed some wonderful examples, not every company has this experience!
